| Can you tell me a bit more about your prints? |
| Each Shawna Erback print is printed right in our studio so we can ensure you are getting the perfect copy every single time. We use the highest grade fine art papers and canvas to give you the best quality prints that are not only archival (will last over 100 years without fading), and are absolutely top of the line gorgeous. Our colors are nothing less than amazing. |

| We suggest that when you go frame shopping, don’t forget to take the print with you so you can hold it up to the frame to make sure it’s the perfect match! Or just take it right to your local frame shop. |

| Open Edition prints are printed on archival papers with archival inks which means they will last a lifetime without fading. |
| |
| Limited edition canvas prints are printed on archival canvas with archival inks. There is an approx 1" white border around the print to allow for framing. The best way to frame a canvas print is to take it to your local framer and have it wet mounted or hinge mounted onto a backing. It will then fit a standard frame. |

| Can Shawna paint me a custom painting? |
| Right now Shawna is booked up on custom orders and large projects until 2014 so not at this time. |

| How come I see new prints but I never had a chance to see the original painting for sale? |
| Shawna has a special email list reserved for those who are interested in her large original paintings. Clients on this list get first pick before the original is posted for sale. If you would like to know when Shawna's large pieces are available, please email us here. |

| There is a painting/print that I really love but I'm not sure how it will look like in my space. |
| That's no problem! Just email us a photo of your space and we will create a simulation photo for you of how the artwork will look like. |

| How much is shipping? |
| Shipping is FREE to the US and Canada and International orders over $75.00. |
| |
| How long will it take to receive my order? |
| Orders are shipped on a daily basis so you should have your order within just a couple of weeks from the purchase date. |

| How do you ship your original paintings? |
| Original paintings are gift wrapped and packaged for safety and sent via expedited parcel through Canada Post. PS - Don't worry, if you are ordering from the US as there is no extra duty on original artwork. |

| Rest assured that our shopping cart is secure. For added protection, we do not keep any credit card information online or on file in our studio. |

| What if I decide to return an order? |
| There is a three day preview period. Returns must be postmarked within your three day preview to receive a full refund (less shipping) - Must be in the same new condition. |
